    Bough a sled last Nov. Was told the sled was comp. tested and trail ready. The first day I had it out, it blew coolant out of the fill bottle. After "troubleshooting" this with SD for weeks, I decided to pull the top end apart, and low and behold it had been a bad head gasket. I talked to Greg and worked out a deal that I would replace it and they would reimburse me for it "We'll send you the money for the gasket kit and a little extra for your time". Well it's June now and Greg blocked my gmail account without any more emails going back and forth since he promised me a reimbursement. It was only 80 bucks and 4 hours of my time but the experience is enough to condone a bad review. I paid cash for the sled, never haggled or was a PITA about it. I trusted their word that the sled was trail ready and finally trusted their word that they would reimburse me so this was definitely a burn.
